Pylex 13905 5-Steps Steel Stair String

Steel 5 step stringer allows the construction of a sturdy and durable staircase. This one-piece designed stair stringer can accommodate a steel, fiberglass, or wood stair tread (wood use two 2 in x 6 in boards or one 2 in x 12 in board). Lightweight and easy to install, no cuts required. The baked powder coated finish for excellent rust resistance. Ideal for a 45 in high structure, it is also suitable for a structure between 41-½ in and 48-½ in height. The stair stringer allows for the installation of a 11 in depth tread. Maximum spacing between stringers: 62 in for residential project and 24 in for commercial project. Load bearing support allowance 100 lbs per square foot and ultimate load of 144 lbs per square foot.
